The official tourism website for the British Virgin Islands is "bvitourism.com". This site is operated by the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board and provides information about the islands, including attractions, accommodations, events, and travel planning tools. 

CHALLENGE

1.    Reduce clicks to find relevant content.

2.    Increase engagement in planning and booking sections.

3.    Address traveler confusion about reaching the islands (due to indirect flight routes).

RESULTS

  • Improved engagement in travel booking sections

  • Reduced customer service inquiries regarding travel logistics.
